Help with the NestHealth iPhone app and home server

Getting started

Quick Dose

On a child's page, tap Save a usual dose and copy the dose from the label on your medicine. After that, Quick Dose logs it with one tap and warns you if it's too soon for another dose. Set each medicine's minimum time between doses and daily maximum under Settings → Medicines. Check the dose again as your child grows.

Common questions

I'm not getting notifications. In the app, go to Settings → Notifications. If you see Turn On Notifications, tap it and choose Allow. If you see Allow notifications in Settings, notifications were turned off earlier: tap it and switch them on. Then tap Send Test Notification, which goes only to your own devices.

The app can't reach my server. Check the address includes the port (for example http://192.168.1.20:8080) and that your iPhone is on the same network or VPN. See server troubleshooting.

How do I move from "Just this iPhone" to a server? Settings → Data → Connect to a Home Server. Your records can be copied across when you sign in.

Why can't I add a passkey in the app? In the iPhone app, passkeys only work with the developer's own server. On your own server, sign in with your password; the server's web app supports passkeys over HTTPS.

How do I delete my data? See Deleting your data in the Privacy Policy.
